Delete your Marrow account
You can permanently delete your Marrow account and associated personal data either inside the app or by contacting us below.
Delete inside Marrow
Sign in, open your artist, venue, or agency profile, find Your data, select Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. This disables sign-in and anonymises your personal profile immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to your Marrow account and include the account email in your request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing it.

What is deleted or retained
- Your login, contact details, profile text, photo, and demo links are removed or anonymised.
- Pending applications and open gigs associated with the account are closed.
- An account with an active or in-progress booking must wait until that booking is completed or cancelled.
- An agency must contact Marrow support to resolve ownership of every managed artist profile before deleting its account.
- Booking, payment, dispute, and accounting records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or financial-compliance purposes. Retained records are anonymised where possible.
